Responsibilities
You will drive day-to-day operational excellence by ensuring optimal team coverage, meeting established KPIs, and implementing efficiency enhancement initiatives, while simultaneously leading long-term strategic projects including customer collaborations, tool installations, and internal improvements with systematic follow-up protocols
Your role encompasses maintaining rigorous standards for data analysis, reporting, and technical documentation, staying current with emerging scientific developments in metrology, contributing to technology roadmaps and capacity planning, and collaborating cross-functionally to strategically position both your team and the fabrication facility for future technological challenges and opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Applied Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, Material Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of industry/semiconductor metrology experience
OR Master's Degree in Applied Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, Material Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of industry/semiconductor metrology experience
OR PhD Degree in Applied Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, Material Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or related field and 1+ years of industry/semiconductor metrology experience
Hands on experience with one of the Metrology Dimensional Tools including ellipsometry, X-ray metrology, Optical/WLI thin film measurement, and AFM
Possess exceptional English language proficiency for effective communication
Successfully operate within multicultural, fast-moving team settings
Preferred
Demonstrate solid technical expertise in in-line process metrology or closely related fields
Show proficiency with metrology technologies including ellipsometry, X-ray metrology, Optical/WLI thin film measurement, and AFM
Hands-on experience with these measurement techniques
Industry Acumen: Understand the critical technical challenges facing semiconductor technology and the demanding environment of semiconductor fabrication facilities
