The Production Engineer will work in a dynamic environment to improve automated workflows, support backend systems, and address production application issues.

Responsibilities
Continuously improve automated build, test and deployment workflows
Work with system admin to ensure the continues services during the application release process
Work with development team to ensure the version control and resolve conflicts
Ensure monitoring of our systems and applications during business hours
Capture and report status, escalate open issues
Work with the client services and back-office operation teams to review and address production application issues
Document, track and monitor client incidents in ticketing system to ensure a timely resolution
Monitor and support the ad-hoc needs in our database systems
May work on the 2nd and 3rd shift to support the global trading systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above majoring in Computer Science, technology, or related field
At least 1 year of IT industry experience
Experience with MySQL and or non-sql DB, and its management tool, Kafka
Understand basic programming for Java, Spring
Understand Linux OS, containers (Kubernetes), and message queue (Kafka) applications
Broad knowledge of AWS cloud-based technologies
Preferred
Self-starter and ability to manage multiple tasks
Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate
Familiar with configuration management
Previous experience in the broker-dealer/ fin-tech industry
Fluent in Mandarin
