Advising on Superior Court civil trials
Drafting pre-trial motions, motions in limine, jury instructions, voir dire questions, and verdict slips
Reviewing deposition transcripts
Preparing for direct and cross-examinations at trial
Providing general guidance on litigation matters

Qualification

Litigation experienceSuperior Court experienceDrafting skillsLicensed in MAWork independently

Required

5+ years of litigation experience including Superior Court experience
Excellent drafting skills
Licensed in MA - active in good standing
Ability to work independently
