NEOGOV is seeking a Summer Law Clerk Intern for the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce (DEW). The intern will work under the Office of General Counsel, compiling appellate records, drafting briefs and motions, performing legal research, and preparing memorandums, while also having opportunities in other DEW divisions.

Required

Candidates should be currently enrolled in an ABA accredited law school and have completed the 1L year of law school by the start of the summer in which they clerk
Candidates must attach the below documents: Cover Letter, Grade Sheet, Writing Sample, Resume

Legal analysis, reasoning and writing
Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite
Familiarity with Westlaw
