Responsibilities
Become a subject matter expert in the Platform and existing workflows
Become a subject matter expert in our implementation design patterns and how best to leverage or extend those patterns to solve new challenges
Own and communicate with management, Product, and QA about in-progress and upcoming features
Navigate, architect, and implement the data structure that powers everything from document generation to reporting and email templating for clients
As a subject matter expert, provide guidance and resolution as a production issue escalation point of contact, sometimes outside of normal business hours
Independently test and work with QA to ensure items impacted are thoroughly vetted before reaching production customers
Display an immense attention to detail and raise any issues you see before they progress
Jointly maintains its own admin tool to assist with configuration and implementation; however, it is highly extensible through JavaScript formulas. Experience with JavaScript and Postgres is highly desired
Qualification
Required
4+ years of professional configuration experience, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment
You have a keen eye for UI/UX details and care about building elegant, user-friendly interfaces
Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-collaboration environments with a bias for action
Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with Product, QA, Engineering, and leadership
A problem-solving mindset: you don't wait for solutions - you create them
Familiarity with relational databases (Postgres preferred) and scripting languages (JavaScript preferred) for data manipulation and workflow automation
Preferred
Experience with JavaScript and Postgres is highly desired
