They are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support their fast-growing Data division, focusing on ensuring smooth transitions of contracts and maintaining vendor relationships.

Responsibilities
Working with internal teams to ensure smooth transition of contracts, agreements, and expectations for major projects from pre-sale to post-sale
Assisting with proposal and quote development to include initiating, analyzing, and comparing written quotes from vendors
Updating and maintaining accurate information in the ERP system and project databases
Maintaining vendor relationships to optimize the execution of their services
Assisting project managers to meet milestones and project-specific requirements, including invoicing customers accordingly
Monitoring cost and revenue throughout the project's life and addressing discrepancies with the Project Manager
Monitoring AR for assigned customers and following up on late/past due payments
Maintaining strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong initiative and ability to anticipate issues proactively
Ability to succeed in an often fast-paced environment, establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
Proven track record of reliability and responsibility
Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in a demanding, results-driven environment
Possess a high level of integrity
