Setting up materials, equipment, and learning spaces for workshops and sessions
Supporting academic staff in their daily activities
Monitoring and facilitating student participation
Managing schedules and overseeing transitions between sessions
Receiving mentorship from leaders transforming K-12 education
Qualification
Required
Available to work on-site at our Miami campus
Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with full flexibility to select your schedule during school hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Full-time position available
Prior experience working with children
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Friendly, approachable demeanor suitable for working with kids
Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
