Responsibilities
Manage trust accounts (retirement plans, foundations, escrows) from setup to termination
Serve as a primary contact for clients, recordkeepers, and advisors
Ensure compliance with ERISA and fiduciary policies
Review trust docs, process distributions, and complete annual account reviews
Handle internal records, reports, and payment processing
Help evaluate new business opportunities with a fiduciary lens
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree + 5 years' experience in institutional trust, custody, or retirement plan admin
Knowledge of ERISA, trust/fiduciary rules, and investment basics
Strong communication, problem-solving, and client service skills
Organized and detail-oriented, with solid Excel and system experience
Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
