Responsibilities

Explore and Analyze Data: Independently review intricate datasets to identify anomalies, gaps, or unexpected trends. Your curiosity and analytical skills will help uncover hidden opportunities and risks
Insightful Interpretation: Translate data into clear, actionable insights. Your ability to summarize key findings will guide decision-making across the organization
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with various stakeholders—finance, operations, contracts—to enrich your data story with context and validate your findings
Narrative Craftsmanship: Distill raw data into compelling narratives and recommendations that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences
Proactive Analysis: Anticipate data questions and business needs before they arise, preparing insightful analyses that keep the organization ahead of the curve
Continuous Monitoring: Keep a vigilant eye on data sources to detect early signs of risks, performance shifts, or outliers

Qualification

Required

An active DoD TS/SCI
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
3–5 years in financial analysis, data analytics, or program control
Proven track record of transforming ambiguous or unstructured data into actionable insights
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling functions) and the ability to develop and validate financial or data models
Exceptional ability to spot trends and data inconsistencies quickly
Clear and effective communication of data insights to diverse audiences
Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred

Experience supporting large-scale Department of Defense programs ($50M+)
Working knowledge of financial systems like Deltek Costpoint and Cognos
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps
