Rangam is seeking a Finance Manager Analyst to support the site General Manager in delivering the facility’s bottom-line results. This role involves budget preparation, strategic planning, internal controls, profitability analysis, and accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts with the Plant General Manager, targeting forecast accuracy of ±5%
Utilize KPIs and plant initiatives to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with commercial business leads to challenge and validate revenue expectations
Simplify budget and reporting processes
Partner with the General Manager on long-range capital planning
Seek to understand the strengths and weaknesses of competitors
Oversee internal controls and remediation activities
Ensure decision-making aligns with authority levels
Provide customer profitability analysis and identify margin erosion
Facilitate discussions on improving margin through volume, pricing, or operations
Perform month-end closing activities in the ERP system
Review job costing daily and resolve reporting issues
Validate WIP, finished goods, and raw materials balances
Review journal entries and P&L classifications
Support inventory counts and reconciliations
Facilitate the decision-making process to drive working capital improvements
Conduct benchmarking against similar plants
Prepare and deliver plant visit presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Tested and validated advanced skills in Excel
Preferred
MBA or CMA strongly preferred
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Pulp and Paper industry or manufacturing preferred
Experience with Hyperion SmartView & QlikCloud is a plus
Experience with large capital projects
