Responsibilities
Partner with the Director of Sales to execute sales and marketing strategies
Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources
Conduct tours and presentations that highlight the community’s amenities and services
Support outreach efforts to strengthen referral networks and brand awareness
Follow up with leads and inquiries to ensure timely communication and conversion
Field new leads and conduct follow-up tours to keep the pipeline active
Track and manage required paperwork (physician orders, pre-lease paperwork, etc.)
Assist with event planning and community marketing activities
Manage and update the lead database, focusing on nurturing and converting prospects
Help maintain accurate records of tours, move-ins, and ongoing lead activity
Collaborate with community leadership and staff to ensure a smooth move-in experience
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Goal-oriented mindset, motivated by results and professional growth
Team player eager to learn and contribute to a mission-driven environment
Preferred
Sales or customer service experience in senior living, healthcare, or related fields
