HRIS and Payroll Specialist
Consumers Credit Union (CCU) is looking for a HRIS and Payroll Specialist to manage and optimize their HRIS and payroll systems. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure operational excellence across payroll and HRIS, while also supporting system enhancements and integrations.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end biweekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all regulatory and internal standards
Assist with payroll and benefits audits, and reconciliations to ensure compliance, data integrity, and adherence to internal controls
Configure, maintain, and optimize UKG Pro modules across the employee lifecycle, including benefits enrollment, performance and merit cycles, and engagement surveys
Drive HRIS optimization efforts to enhance functionality and user experience, including self-service tools and dashboards
Serve as an HRIS subject matter expert, training HR staff, supporting troubleshooting, and acting as a point of contact as needed
Produce and maintain standard and ad hoc reports to support business needs and regulatory requirements (e.g., ACA, EEO, Fair Pay, audit requests)
Conduct regular audits of HRIS data, payroll deductions, and system changes to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support Total Rewards initiatives, including compensation surveys, incentive administration, and benefits/wellness program reporting
Manage benefit and payroll file feeds and system integrations in partnership with internal teams and external vendors
Respond to internal and external inquiries related to HRIS, payroll, and benefits with a high level of service and expertise
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or closely related field
3+ years of experience in Human Resources with experience processing payroll for a large, diverse workforce with accuracy and compliance
Advanced expertise in Human Resource Information Systems, preferably UKG Pro, with the ability to configure, optimize, and troubleshoot modules while supporting end users
Technically curious with a strong understanding of system processes and the impact of data changes on employees and stakeholders
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering timely, practical solutions to payroll and HRIS inquiries. Ability to investigate complex payroll and HRIS issues
Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy, quality control, and providing outstanding user experiences
