Responsibilities
Partner with the Product Owner to execute the product vision, roadmap, and priorities
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment
Translate business needs into detailed user stories, requirements, and process documentation
Lead working sessions with business and technical teams to refine scope and solutions
Serve as a key liaison between Product, Development, UX, and business partners
Create and manage JIRA epics, stories, tasks, and dashboards to ensure transparency
Ensure story quality, acceptance criteria, and documentation meet internal standards
Maintain product and delivery documentation in Confluence (requirements, guides, sprint notes)
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Junior Product Owner, or similar role
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
Proven experience writing user stories, business requirements, and process documentation
Ability to lead working sessions and communicate effectively with technical and business teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently with direction
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative, team-oriented, and eager to learn and grow
Preferred
Prior product experience preferred
Financial services industry experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
