Responsibilities

Create and maintain an ongoing product roadmap by working with business areas to identify, sequence, and prioritize enhancement requests
Ensure alignment of product features and stories, i.e., review, give feedback, and prioritize user stories in line with own vision
Coordinate, plan and lead UAT sessions for business stakeholders
Communicate frequently with business stakeholders to ensure engagement and buy-in on decisions and proposed solutions
Lead sprint and release plans together with the Scrum Master and organizational technology teams
Work with Tech lead to build a modular & reusable solutions
Leads discussions and decisions around technology options, supports building product teams for execution and has responsibility for the product backlog

Required

Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering; Analytics; or experience in related fields
Experience in working with DevOps automation tools & practices; Knowledge of full software development life cycle (SDLC)
Ability to lead independently with minimal guidance and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts, and perspectives to the benefit of the organization
Deep knowledge of business concepts tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business
Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges
Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills; enjoy learning new skills
Significant experience and/or deep expertise with several of the following: Effective Communication: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
Decision-Making & Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
Interpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
Financial/Business Acumen: Strong Knowledge of financial and/or business concepts, tools and processes and how financial metrics are used to monitor and drive outcomes. Includes understanding of company accounts/metrics (ex: balance sheet, profit/loss, cash flow, budget & forecast)
Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems
Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery
