Responsibilities
Help identify and pursue new business opportunities in and out of the ag sector
Support proposals, technical estimates, and project scope development
Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales and post sales project life cycle as required
Stay current on industry trends, codes, and emerging technologies (e.g., Ignition, Rockwell, Siemens platforms)
Qualification
Required
Educational background in automation, instrumentation, electrical engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred
Experience in industrial automation, including at least 5 years in a direct sales role
Strong technical background in PLCs, SCADA, HMI systems (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Ignition), and controls design for the ag industry
Understanding of electrical systems and standards; experience working with CSA/UL panel requirements is an asset
Exceptional leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
Experience in the ag sector
Must already reside in the US and have a valid work permit
