Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overarching brand vision, positioning, and communication strategy
Translate business objectives into clear brand goals and actionable plans
Ensure all communications, marketing materials, and customer interactions reflect Blue Line’s brand identity and values
Maintain and enforce brand standards across all channels
Build, manage, and mentor members of the brand and creative teams
Foster collaboration across marketing, sales, and leadership teams
Conduct market and audience research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
Use insights to refine positioning and guide campaign development
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and experiential channels
Partner with internal and external creative resources to deliver high-quality brand storytelling
Define and track KPIs related to brand health, awareness, engagement, and campaign effectiveness
Use data to inform strategy and optimize future initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
4+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles with demonstrated ownership of brand strategy and campaigns
Proven ability to manage people, timelines, and projects
Strong creative instincts paired with data-driven decision-making
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media, and analytics tools, and project management software
You live in the Chicagoland area and are able to commute to our office daily
