Responsibilities
Set up and configure Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP)
Develop and manage data schemas, data pipelines, and AEP APIs
Oversee platform monitoring and operational health
Write and optimize Data Distiller queries for advanced data processing
Design and build complex customer journeys leveraging Email and Direct Mail channels
Troubleshoot issues related to journey execution, data validation, audience evaluation, and end-to-end testing
Drive end-to-end implementation of AEP and AJO projects (minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Set up and configure Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP)
Develop and manage data schemas, data pipelines, and AEP APIs
Oversee platform monitoring and operational health
Write and optimize Data Distiller queries for advanced data processing
Design and build complex customer journeys leveraging Email and Direct Mail channels

Hands-on experience with AEP RT-CDP setup, schema development, and data pipeline configuration
Proficiency in AEP APIs and platform operations
Strong knowledge of Data Distiller and query optimization
Expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer for building multi-channel journeys
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across data and journey workflows
Experience handling End-to-end AEP and AJO implementation projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Experience with data governance and identity resolution in AEP
Familiarity with integration of AEP with external systems
Knowledge of marketing automation best practices
