Responsibilities
Fix, repair, replace, refurbish and restore while we’re on the job
Help us accomplish asset preservation objectives of ownership
Maintain and preserve multimillion-dollar apartment community
Carry out all aspects of daily apartment maintenance
Perform emergency repairs
Unit turnovers
Communicate and interact very well with your team members and your residents
Know a deadline when you see it and always beat it
Qualification
Required
hands on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility environment
current or previous maintenance experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
ability to communicate and interact very well with team members and residents
ability to meet deadlines
Preferred
knowledge of carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, or appliance repair and installation
a college degree
knowledge of computers, namely Microsoft Outlook
