Responsibilities

Develop and close new business opportunities with major single-family home developers
Prepare, price, and submit detailed proposals on pre-development communities
Negotiate pricing, scope, and terms with both clients and subcontractors/vendors
Manage the day-to-day operations of each account after onboarding — including scheduling, billing, and administrative coordination
Serve as the primary client point of contact, ensuring exceptional communication and service

Required

2+ years of sales or account management experience required
Background in construction, flooring, or tile required
Must be comfortable on the phones and in person meetings — this is primarily a relationship-driven role
Ability to travel up to 25% for client visits and industry events
Outgoing and personable — someone who thrives on building new relationships and winning trust
