Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers and Data/Analytics professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
Drive the design and oversight of next-generation global supply chain operating models, focusing on strategic value creation rather than incremental efficiency gains
Assist in defining and executing the organization's strategic priorities, ensuring alignment across departments and leading key organizational initiatives
Oversee major cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring they stay on track and align with strategic goals
Leverage advanced data and analytics (e.g., predictive modeling, Network Optimization, S&OP insights) to inform multi-year supply chain investment decisions and risk models
Act as a strategic partner and right-hand to the Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO), leading critical transformations across the entire Global Supply Chain
Orchestrate the entire end-to-end global management systems for the organization, acting as the "eyes and ears" for the CSCO. This includes filtering information, anticipating issues, and building strong relationships across the firm
Coordinate meetings, prepare materials for presentations and strategic reviews, and ensure the CSCO is well-prepared for all engagements
Act as a bridge between Supply Chain and other departments and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, seamless information flow, and organizational alignment
Proactively anticipate potential challenges, identify issues before they escalate, and effectively resolve bottlenecks
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree Required
10+ years of progressive and demonstrated leadership experience/results in Supply Chain with a focus in project management, data & analytics and/or chief of staff duties
7-10+ years of progressive and demonstrable experience within a complex, multi-national Supply Chain function within a large, enterprise organization
Demonstrated ability to simplify complex information, create a compelling narrative, and possess expert-level skills in preparing and assembling presentations (up to Board Level) and project plans
Demonstrated ability to move beyond basic data reporting to apply advanced analytics, build decision-making models, and drive strategic insights
Proven experience in managing a large portfolio of strategic, cross-functional programs (not just singular projects)
Demonstrated experience in either Operational Due Diligence or Post-Merger Integration within a large-scale enterprise. Must be able to show how you identified or captured value during a corporate transition
Outstanding skillset in organization, planning, and project management, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization
Unprecedented skillset in orchestrating and delivering key communications, from high-stakes presentations to leading small and large-scale project transformations. Unrivalled written and verbal communication skills are essential to represent the executive effectively and ensure clear information dissemination
Ability to understand the 'big picture' and align daily tasks with long-term organizational goals, coupled with the ability to quickly distill complex strategic challenges into clear, actionable priorities
A blend of emotional intelligence and meticulous attention to detail to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence decision-making at all levels
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive decision-making on projects without directly managing all the people involved
Skill in navigating complex political landscapes and handling sensitive issues with maturity and care
Demonstrated progressive excellence and results, possessing high energy and ambition
Able to handle a wide range of tasks and responsibilities effectively
Excellent ability to multi-task, prioritize, and focus, with a super detailed approach
Maintains a consistently positive attitude, even in challenging situations
Highly successful in orchestrating collaboration across diverse, often ambiguous functional challenges to achieve clear, integrated, and high-value outcomes
