Responsibilities
Build strong working relationships with customer engineering, data science, and AI teams
Deeply understand customer LLM use cases, architectures, and enterprise AI deployment needs
Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for global R&D and product teams
Deliver remote or on-site technical support for AI/LLM and cloud platform deployments
Support solution design, architecture planning, POCs, and early deployment troubleshooting
Collaborate across time zones with global engineering, product, and business teams
Qualification
Required
Based in California, United States (U.S. West Coast ideal for global time‑zone alignment)
1–2+ years in IT, cloud computing, enterprise technology, or related engineering fields
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure & architecture
AI/LLM platforms and integration workflows
Hands-on experience or familiarity with Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Claude, or similar cutting‑edge AI systems
Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver hands-on support
Experience in BD, Pre‑Sales Engineering, Customer Success, or Solutions Architecture
Strong customer communication and ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Fast execution, proactive problem solving, and high ownership mindset
Comfortable collaborating with international teams across multiple time zones
Part‑time candidates are welcome, provided the role is treated as a top business priority
Preferred
Industry certifications in cloud, AI, or architecture
Experience working with enterprise clients or large‑scale deployments
