The role involves ensuring adherence to Earned Value Management (EVM) policies and procedures, leading corrective action initiatives, and serving as a liaison with government auditors.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Mission Systems EVMS System Description
Prepare for, support, and respond to DCMA audits, reviews, and assessments
Develop, implement, and maintain EVM policies, and procedures
Lead Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and track resolution through closure
Serve as the primary point of contact for DCMA and other government auditors
Perform gap analyses and risk assessments to identify program compliance risk
Understand EVM training gaps and provide solutions
Train internal stakeholders on EVM compliance requirements and audit readiness
Lead efforts for effective completion of Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs) and Internal Surveillance Reviews (ISRs)

Required

Typically requires a University Degree and 10 years of experience in DCMA surveillance, audit, or government contract compliance or an Advanced Degree 7 years' experience
U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Direct experience working with or supporting DCMA audits and surveillance reviews
Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DCMA Instructions, and CAS
Experience supporting Business System audits (Accounting, Purchasing, Estimating, MMAS, Property)
Proven experience developing and managing Corrective Action Plans
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with DCMA/DCAA
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance initiatives
Experience in EVM training and Process Improvement

Preferred

Extensive EVMS surveillance experience with DCMA
Familiarity with DCAA audits and coordination between DCMA/DCAA
Tools & Systems: Deltek Cobra, EVMS for Project
