Responsibilities
Acting as a key liaison for parents, students, and staff, providing clear, prompt, and professional correspondence
Directing campus security functions, including entry management, medical incidents, emergency exercises, record-keeping, and family notifications
Supervising daily campus functions such as attendance tracking, facility maintenance coordination, transit arrangements, and administrative logistics
Facilitating onboarding and orientation for incoming staff members to promote seamless operational integration
Administering student technology and campus systems, serving as the on-site tech point person and Google Administrator
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
A minimum of 1 year of experience in office administration, facility support, site management, or comparable operational work
Proficiency with fundamental technology troubleshooting, device oversight, and user account administration
Excellent communication abilities with capacity to interact professionally with parents, staff, students, and external partners
Capability to juggle competing priorities while preserving accuracy and thoroughness
Commitment to on-site work in Chantilly, VA
Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
