Responsibilities
Support marketing operations by managing operational tasks and workflows
Manage inventory and availability of marketing deliverables on website and digital platforms
Coordinate cross-functional communication among internal teams and stakeholders to complete marketing requests
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets from system-generated reports to analyze data and support forecasting
Review exhibit and marketing requests to ensure all required information and documentation are complete
Route accurate requests for internal processing and track inquiries through completion
Develop working knowledge of marketing digital and operations platforms
Onsite role based at the Irvine campus, Monday through Friday
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or project coordination roles
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and spreadsheets)
Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business systems
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Experience in a marketing operations, content management, request management, or project management role preferred
Ability to create, edit, and manage Adobe PDF documents (preferred)
Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
