Responsibilities

Create and execute advanced learning experiences – Develop workshops across disciplines (mathematics, sciences, philosophy, creative writing) and offer individualized mentorship to 15-20 gifted learners operating at 5-10x standard pace
Identify and resolve learning barriers – Modify strategies dynamically to assist students who have surpassed conventional education in discovering their cognitive strengths
Utilize AI tools for tailored instruction
Partner and refine – Improve workshop frameworks alongside colleagues and measure effectiveness using both qualitative insights and quantitative data

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree from an Ivy League institution or comparable university
National Merit Finalist, Olympiad medalist, early college graduation, or equivalent accomplishment
Distinguished scholarship (Rhodes, Fulbright, NSF GRFP), Mensa/Triple Nine Society membership, PhD, or university-level teaching experience
3 years of mentorship background – Experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing students in any setting
Self-reported daily usage of generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Prepared to relocate to or work on-site in Austin (Georgetown), TX
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements
