Program Manager of Ministry for Life
Baylor University is seeking a Program Manager of Ministry for Life in Baylor's Truett Seminary. This position supports Baylor's mission by providing administrative leadership for the Ministry for Life initiative, managing grant events, and maintaining the budget in accordance with internal processes.

Responsibilities
Plan and direct activities in partnership with denominational, educational, and congregational partners
Manage the budget and disburse grant funds to participants and collaborators
Maintain compliance within Baylor's internal system, and Lilly foundation
Work with Truett's Director of Marketing and Communications and grant partners to manage internal and external communication
Complete required reports for Lilly foundation
Assist in the gathering of evaluation material for reporting processes
Synthesize data and create reports
Provide general support for the administrative work of the Executive Director
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
Ability to comply with university policies
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant work experience are required
All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Preferred
A Master's degree and five years of relevant work experience are preferred
A combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of one another
