Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements
Develop financial models and present findings to key stakeholders
Manage day-to-day client relationships with a focus on responsiveness and clarity
Guide and support junior team members
Help identify growth opportunities within client relationships
Qualification
Required
5–8 years in Transaction Advisory Services, M&A, or investment banking
Strong technical background and client service orientation
Confident communicator and team leader
Preferred
CPA, CFA, or similar credential a plus
Remote (MST/CST/EST preferred)
