Responsibilities
Process FHA/VA/Conventional/Rural Development and other products
Maintain a pipeline and meet contract deadlines and rate lock expiration dates
Review documentation for discrepancies and omitted data; calculate verified income and verify assets
Prepare loan for underwriting
Clear any approval or suspense conditions as outlined by the underwriter
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Financial organizational skills and financial information understanding
Minimum of one (1) year of experience with Conv/VA/FHA/RD and other secondary market functions
Preferred
Experience with Encompass
