Responsibilities

Lead the development of a modern, scalable, and flexible design platform that unifies multiple brands
Drive design excellence and operational efficiency across a complex multi-brand ecosystem
Create responsive, brand-centric UI components and streamline design workflows

Qualification

Product design experienceDesign systems expertiseDesign ops understandingBuilder.io familiarityCollaboration skillsCommunication skillsAttention to detail

Required

5+ years of product design experience with a robust portfolio of responsive web projects
Expertise in design systems, tokenization, and component-based design principles
Strong understanding of design ops concepts and relevant tools
Familiarity with Builder.io or similar headless CMS/front-end platforms
Exceptional attention to detail, consistency, and craft
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Must work EST hours (U.S.-based)
Comfortable working in a remote environment and collaborating across teams
Ability to support and contribute to design operations and documentation

Preferred

Experience designing for multi-brand ecosystems
Knowledge of atomic design principles
Experience supporting rapid iteration cycles via workshops and feedback loops
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years in product or UX/UI design with a focus on responsive and scalable systems
