Responsibilities
Building trust and inspiring a mindset without limits by connecting with K-8 students in a mentorship capacity
Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational trajectories—students move forward at their own rhythm while you facilitate discovery
Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (goal-setting, public speaking, teamwork) that equip students for sustained success beyond the classroom
Cultivating an environment rooted in curiosity, ambition, and development—supporting students as they uncover their talents and passions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Proven public speaking abilities, with a track record of engaging and energizing groups
Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K-8
3 years of experience coaching or mentoring children
Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
Commitment to working on-site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; or Fort Worth, TX
Availability to participate in a paid training program held at our Austin, TX campus
