Responsibilities
Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of law enforcement
Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting
Help with tactical planning and regular interactions with the client and development teams
Ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards
Manage large technical contracts of 100+ FTE, including timely performance, compliance, accuracy, and completeness across multiple workstreams and project teams
Execute Agile methodologies, including SAFe
Interact with IT executives, business product owners, developers, and functional managers in a flexible environment
Identify risks proactively, recommend mitigating actions, and drive them to resolution
Manage multiple projects, including planning and organization, decision making, problem solving, work delegation, and employee development
Qualification
Required
Experience managing large technical contracts of 100+ FTE, including timely performance, compliance, accuracy, and completeness across multiple workstreams and project teams
Experience executing Agile methodologies, including SAFe
Experience in a flexible environment, interacting with IT executives, business product owners, developers, and functional managers
Experience using Atlassian and Microsoft Office products to manage projects and staff
Ability to identify risks proactively, recommend mitigating actions, and drive them to resolution
Ability to manage multiple projects, including planning and organization, decision making, problem solving, work delegation, and employee development
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience performing in program and project management roles, or 14+ years of experience performing in program and project management roles in lieu of degree
SAFe Certification
Preferred
Experience managing vendors, including subcontractor management
Experience supporting large innovation and integration platforms
Knowledge of Cloud technologies and infrastructure
