Responsibilities
Document Preparation: Prepare and edit legal documents such as Board Resolutions, affidavits, contracts, agreements and the likes Prepare demand letters and decisions, suspension memorandum, etc. Preparation of incorporation papers and documents Preparation of pertinent documents for increase of Capital Stock Handle Corporation Cases Any other activities in relation to corporate documentary requirements
Research: Conduct research on various legal topics, including statutes, case law, and regulations
Contract Management Support: Assist with contract management tasks, such as document review and data analysis
Transactional Support: Assist with transactional tasks, such as due diligence and document review
Client/Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with clients/stakeholders, including responding to inquiries, providing updates, and obtaining information
File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, both physical and electronic
Time Management: Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, prioritizing tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
4+ years of Paralegal experience
Must demonstrate experience with all manner of corporate documents
Basic understanding of Corporation/Commercial Laws, Immigration laws and Labor laws, corporate governance
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Accurate, and detailed in their paperwork
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in law or legal studies preferred
Juris Doctor (JD) highly preferred
