Responsibilities
Support the Home Lending Consumer Origination Sales organization enhancements as we grow to achieve targeted share growth
Support the Home Lending Sales organization as a business manager across many key strategic initiatives including staffing, production, and sales compensation
Guide development of business key drivers, profitability, sales scorecards, channel optimization strategies, and other ad hoc reporting
Collaborate effectively across many key stakeholder groups to drive analyses of new business initiatives and tracking of outcomes
Prepare insightful, high quality Senior Management presentations
Provide support for continuous ad hoc requests, routine reporting, and innovation initiatives across the business
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
6+ years of relevant experience in product, Business Management, or COO
Energetic and dynamic in style, highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
Be comfortable in a time-pressured and high-profile position which is instrumental in assisting/advising senior management
Present well to senior and global business heads
Able to forge strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions
Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Able to both define and deliver to conclusion a strategic agenda across multiple groups
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail with logical thought process
