Any combination of education and experience that has provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for satisfactory job performance
Graduation from high school or equivalent
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
Read, interpret and apply related regulations, policies and procedures
Prepare and file records
Maintain effective working relationships
Use MS Office software
Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid class C California driver's license
Successful completion of a physical examination, including a drug screen
Pass a background/reference investigation, including a fingerprint check
Submit proof of U.S. Citizenship or employment authorization if not a U.S. Citizen
