Responsibilities

Facilitating focused, high-impact reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency
Creating individualized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
Reviewing student performance data to adjust teaching strategies and identify actionable patterns
Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-supported instructional content that helps early elementary students reach grade-level reading proficiency

Qualification

Advanced reading certificationMaster's degree in readingK–2 studentsAI/adaptive learning toolsDifferentiated instructionData evaluation skills

Required

Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced reading certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree
Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
Minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without relying on pre-written curricula
Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning tools and adapting to student interactions within those platforms
Legal work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship
Able to work on-site at one of our locations: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
