Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement software and hardware solutions to address customer needs at the system level
Analyze customer requirements, challenges, and business objectives to propose effective solutions
Design, build, and customize product applications, configurations, and solution packages with detailed integration of all components. (software, hardware)
Test, troubleshoot, and document deployment, configuration, usage, and support procedures; provide end‑user training when necessary
Deliver technical support by diagnosing and resolving customer‑reported issues
Lead continuous improvement efforts (Kaizen) to enhance and upgrade solutions based on customer feedback, emerging technologies, and cybersecurity standards
Design, develop, and maintain an enterprise application lab environment across multiple geographic locations
Build and manage physical, virtual, and cloud‑based lab network infrastructures
Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of all software, hardware, and third‑party integration components
Develop a dynamic dashboard to monitor location, health status, performance, and inventory of all lab environment components
Collaborate with the internal cybersecurity team to implement, harden, and validate all application components and solutions to ensure compliance with security standards

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
2+ years of experience developing, programming, and supporting C#, .NET, and web‑based application solutions at the system level
Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, ports, and multi‑layer data communications
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Java, and scripting languages such as Python, Postman and PowerShell
Experience addressing security, vulnerability, and cybersecurity issues in software and hardware solutions
Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities
