Production Administrative Assistant
Coleman Health Services is a social enterprise actively recruiting for a Production Administrative Assistant. The role involves processing payroll information, compiling data, and performing general office duties in a secure facility.

Responsibilities
Process and input weekly payroll information into database by the required due dates
Collect and compile data using various programs including Excel, SQL database and the electronic health record
Complete and maintain a variety of reports for business unit and stakeholders
Provide front desk coverage and perform general office duties
Distribute mail, maintain postage machine and mailboxes
Dispatch delivery driver
Coordinate production assignments
Perform production work as needed
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
One-year related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to complete required tasks while handling multiple interruptions throughout the day
Able to work collaboratively as a team with staff, clients, and external customers
Able to maintain confidentiality
Able to successfully pass a BCI background check
