Client Services Specialist

Maricopa Ambulance is seeking a Client Services Specialist to help maintain and develop business relationships with current and new clients. The role involves acting as a liaison between partner organizations and Maricopa Ambulance, ensuring customer satisfaction and pursuing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies
Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client
Become the reliable point of contact for each customer, to establish strong business relationships with all clients
Attend meetings with clients and provide regular updates
Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the services received
Monitor company performance against service level agreements and flag potential issues
Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients
Maintain positive working relationships with Maricopa Ambulance employees
Carry out all duties in conformance with Maricopa Ambulance policy
Perform other associated responsibilities and projects as assigned

Required

Possess a current, valid Arizona driver's license
Maintain a good driving record
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
Previous relationship management experience and an organized approach to work
Previous experience working as a client relationship manager or a track record of managing client relationships
Dedicated loyalty to healthcare services and/or emergency medical services
Experience in relationship building, negotiation, and conflict resolution
Strong communication skills with all internal and external entities
Proven ability to prioritize workload effectively and efficiently
Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing

Preferred

EMS experience and knowledge are preferred
A college degree is preferred
Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and ability is desirable
