Must have Deep hands-on with Cisco switches & routing,VLANs
Firewalls & IPSec VPN, Strong production troubleshooting experience - These matters more than certifications
Experience with Cisco WLCs or Aruba Central
Supporting large-scale enterprise Wi-Fi environments
Comfortable with access point deployments & tuning
