Responsibilities
Oversee multiple products including Year End, ACA Reporting and Pay Statements
Focus on strategy, product alignment, market intelligence, insight, regulatory considerations, and cross-functional consistency
Be contributor to broader EES strategy, ensuring the roadmap supports enterprise objectives
Drive both internal and external evangelism, partnerships, and ecosystem expansion opportunities, including M&A exploration
Manage and develop Product Managers and Product Owners, encouraging performance and a culture of accountability
Hire, coach, mentor, and performance management across the product organization
Serve as the bridge between product teams and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and cross-functional effectiveness
Promote strategy and communicating product roadmaps to audiences at all organizational levels
Build a team that is bold, innovative, collaborative, and pushes boundaries
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
8+ years of experience building software products
5 + years of experience in employer services, with expertise in payroll, tax statements, and/or ACA experience
Experience delivering successful digital products or platforms
Experience with Agile/Lean software development methodologies
Employer Services Industry Expert – Deep experience in employer services with a focus on operations, client success, compliance-heavy products, and product management
Experience leading, influencing and building consensus across diverse stakeholders and teams
Experience managing initiatives from concept to execution with minimal structure
Experience in client engagement, industry evangelism, partner collaboration, and external thought leadership
Ability to pick up new tools, technologies, and processes as well as learn new products and industries
