10+ years in external communications, public relations, or corporate communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Managed and mentored teams
Highly developed skills in communications writing and editing materials, and translating complex information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging
Background in creating and advancing the company style guide and brand guidelines
Issues and crisis communications expertise
Social media expertise
Demonstrated success using data, analytics, or AI tools in communications
