Responsibilities
Building and scaling a permanent GTM recruitment desk in the US market
Partnering with founders, CROs, VPs of Sales and leadership teams at high‑growth tech companies
Developing a high‑quality candidate network across commercial technology roles
Winning new clients through proactive business development and relationship‑led sales
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition through placement and account growth
Contributing to desk strategy, revenue planning and long‑term practice development
Qualification
Required
Proven experience recruiting GTM or commercial technology roles (Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Partnerships, Leadership)
Strong understanding of startup and scaleup hiring environments (Seed to Series C+)
Demonstrated business development capability and comfort operating in a BD‑heavy desk
Track record of building and owning client relationships with senior stakeholders
High learning agility, resilience and appetite to build something from scratch
Preferred
Experience in technology permanent recruitment
Leadership ambition to grow into Principal, Lead or Practice Head as the GTM function scales
