Responsibilities

Perform a broad variety of administrative tasks in support of the VP of Sales and for the Corporate Executive Team (VPs and above) including assistance managing an extremely active calendar of appointments
Complete/process expense reports for President approval
Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
Compiling documents for travel-related meetings
Excellent customer service to greet internal and external customers in a friendly and professional manner

Required

3+ years of experience providing sales and administrative support to managers and teams
Ability to perform a broad variety of administrative tasks in support of the VP of Sales and for the Corporate Executive Team (VPs and above) including assistance managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; complete/process expense reports for President approval; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
Excellent customer service to greet internal and external customers in a friendly and professional manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, as well as other relevant software (DocuSign)
Bachelor's degree required
