Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for technology and sales roles, delivering high-quality hires efficiently and consistently
Leverage modern sourcing techniques, data, and generative AI to identify, engage, and assess top talent
Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, improving hiring quality, speed, and decision-making
Ensure FLSA compliance, accurate job classification, and competitive market positioning for roles
Represent Prodege with professionalism and clarity, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience
Stay current on talent trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate recruiting outcomes
Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and sales roles, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and close
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring priorities
Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and candidate care
Proactively source candidates using a mix of traditional methods, talent platforms, networking, referrals, and generative AI tools
Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs
Apply structured and behavioral interview techniques to assess technical capability, judgment, and cultural alignment
Provide clear, data-informed recommendations to hiring teams
Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor to leaders, influencing hiring decisions with market insight and candidate assessment
Set clear expectations on timelines, candidate quality, and tradeoffs
Drive alignment and accountability throughout the hiring process
Provide guidance on FLSA classification, job leveling, and compliance considerations related to hiring decisions
Support audits and reviews to ensure adherence to employment regulations and internal standards
Conduct market compensation analysis to inform hiring ranges and offers
Partner with People Operations on job design, evaluation, and alignment to compensation structures
Deliver a consistent, respectful, and transparent candidate experience from first contact through offer and onboarding
Act as a brand ambassador for Prodege in all candidate and external interactions
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through equitable hiring practices
Stay informed on recruiting trends, talent markets, tools, and sourcing strategies
Participate in ongoing learning through conferences, peer networks, and industry resources
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, and candidate outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Three or more (3+) years of in-house recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technology and sales roles
Demonstrated success recruiting technical talent in competitive markets
Working knowledge of FLSA regulations and job classification principles
Experience conducting market compensation analysis for hiring decisions
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience recruiting in technology-enabled, data-driven, or marketplace businesses
Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to support sourcing or recruiting workflows
Familiarity with Market Research, Performance Marketing, or Affiliate Marketing industries
