Responsibilities
Deliver responsive, high-touch support to a sophisticated trading clientele
Help active traders navigate the technical side of the platform, including order types, margin, and the mechanics of short selling (locating shares and borrow availability)
Work closely with our Compliance Team to ensure all communications and account activities meet rigorous regulatory standards
Assist with brand-building initiatives and member outreach to convey the value of SuccessTrader
Gain comprehensive insight into the operations of a national brokerage firm that has been leading the industry since 1977
Qualification
Required
A degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent
Articulate, professional, and capable of making complex financial concepts easy to understand
You value compliance and 'doing things the right way' within firm and industry guidelines
This is a strictly in-person role at our Miami office. No remote or hybrid options
FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) is required
Preferred
1–3 years of customer service experience preferred, combined with a strong interest in the stock market
Series 7 and 63 securities licenses
Background in brokerage operations, trading, or high-volume financial customer service
