Responsibilities

Initiating contact with prospects through cold calls and outreach efforts
Following up with prospects at various stages of the sales process to ensure their needs are addressed
Effectively presenting and demonstrating the value proposition of products and services to potential buyers
Analyzing data to identify trends and inform sales strategies
Remaining updated on company offerings and industry developments
Maintaining an organized database of contacts
Cultivating enduring, mutually beneficial relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams to enhance the customer experience
Addressing complaints and participating in negotiations
Plus other work related tasks as needed

Required

Reside in or near the Chicago area and designated areas within Eastern market
Ability to build relationships with a strong ability to build trust and drive influence in the marketplace
Seasoned sales acumen with a proactive mindset
Ability to generate leads through various channels like cold calling, research, networking, and territory management
Tenacity in nurturing leads through extended sales cycles, ensuring client needs are addressed
Exceptional time management skills for managing activities such as prospecting, selling, and account management
Customer-centric approach, consistently delivering top-tier service to clients and prospects
Uphold rigorous standards of professionalism and presentation
Top tier written and spoken communication skills, both to customers and internally
Interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Ability to speak in both English and Spanish
