Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector
Build and manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, nurturing long-term relationships
Act as a strategic partner to clients, crafting tailored hiring solutions that drive their business forward
Source, screen, and interview top-tier talent using leading recruitment tools and platforms
Guide candidates through the hiring process—from initial contact to offer acceptance
Pitch proposals and negotiate commercial terms with confidence and professionalism
Collaborate with your team to meet transparent performance goals and unlock career progression
Qualification
Required
2+ years in B2B sales OR recruitment sales
Proven experience in prospecting and closing deals
Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and job boards)
A competitive spirit and a track record of exceeding targets
Adaptability, curiosity, and a coachable mindset
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience
