Responsibilities
Lead and oversees the identification, analysis, and implementation of solutions for opportunities for enhancements to the organizations information systems, including hardware, software, network infrastructure, and network security
Oversees all IT operations to ensure quality assurance and maximizes internal productivity involving customer support, network security and IT services
Provides recommendations and guidance surrounding IT planning and upgrades to enhance operational value across the enterprise
Collaborates and fosters relationships with department heads and business leaders to identify and implement technology-based solutions for strategic and operational objectives
Provides management and oversight to employees within the IT Department along with coaching and guidance to IT people leaders
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Extensive and proven experience with IT Infrastructure systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Knowledge of project management principles
