Senior LevelPerfict is seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead / Manager with strong expertise in Tosca automation. The ideal candidate will lead and manage end-to-end test automation initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery across projects while mentoring QA/automation engineers.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage automation testing efforts using Tosca
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for desktop applications
Utilize Python for test scripting, utilities, and automation enhancements
Define automation strategy, standards, and best practices across teams
Manage and mentor QA/automation engineers, including task allocation and performance guidance
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and business teams
Plan test cycles, track progress, manage risks, and report testing metrics/status
Ensure automation coverage, test stability, and continuous improvement
Participate in release planning and support production deployments as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as an Automation Test Lead or Manager
Hands-on expertise with Tosca (Tosca)
Proficiency in Python
Solid experience in desktop automation/testing
Strong people management and stakeholder management experience
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, long-term project environment
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience with CI/CD integration for automation
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with additional automation tools or frameworks
