Responsibilities

Own company finance and operating cadence: manage A/R and A/P, maintain the operating model, build forecasts, and deliver regular financial and investor updates to our parent company, Postman

Run internal systems and compliance: oversee employee onboarding/offboarding, vendor management, SOC 2 readiness, and contract renewals, including negotiating pricing and terms

Lead recruiting operations: coordinate interviews and onsite logistics, partner with hiring managers on the process, and ensure a smooth candidate and new-hire experience

Drive CEO-level special projects: partner closely with the CEO on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, including pricing strategy, growth planning, and cost optimization
